After the NatoKong Praying, for weekend plan...my gang of colleagues planned for fresh water fish tasting at Kemunting, Kulim. Thanks for Choo Thye showing the way to reach the outskirt place...
We depart from Penang at 1030am and meet up with BM people in Intel Kulim area.
At the Kemunting lake side, the environment is nice and peacful, very deep inside the village...
Lots of freshwater fishes swim in the lake...we went there in the gang of 9 ppl, so we ordered 1 Bom Fish （白须公鱼）, 1 Tevapie Fish （非洲鱼）, 1 Patin Fish （巴丁鱼）, 2 Frog dishes （田鸡煮黄酒、宫保） and Sambal Kangkong （马来风光）. Total RM161.80.
After that, since we had a full lunch, so we went to Ulu Paip, a nearby waterfall river to have a cool water refreshing our legs...
On the way home, we turned into Kulim industrial zone, nearby the Hospital Kulim, there is a housing area famous with 'Chai Kuih' （菜裹 ）and Laksa （啦沙）near Kelang Lama, Kulim （老火较，居林）.
