OMG~ Bad luck...Stuck in the lift for 45mins...

Yesterday, Thursday after working, I played table-tennis with my colleagues until 7.30pm and heading back to home as usual.

Since I’m staying at 9th floor, for sure I’ve to take lift to save my energy of climbing up the stairs. But after this incident that happened to me, you will definitely think twice before using a lift in future.

There are 2 lifts in my Apartment in Penang here, 1 for even-numbered floor and another 1 for odd-numbered floor. After entering the lift, I pressed at button 9 to go to 9th floor. I felt a little weird as the door closing at slower rate as compared to normal days. Suddenly,

‘Doom…’ the lift stuck at number ‘3’ à 3rd floor

What’s next? What to do? In my 24 years of life, this is my very 1st time stuck in the lift!!!

What to do? I tried press on other buttons, Open door…close door…Ground floor…No response…Shit….luckily the Emergency ring still functioning…

‘Ring…ring….Ringggg…..’ I ring it until someone respond to me...at least got a resident respond to my rings, they asked me whether I’m OK, then they helped me to contact Bomba too. Thanks a lot to them….

‘Tik tak…tik tak….tik tak….’ Time flies, 45 mins I was sitting inside the lift doing nothing...helpless...Luckily the air fan still functioning, else I might fainted, I was so hungry after sports and had not taken my dinner yet...

Finally, some Bomba team members help me out, they opened the door for me....

Finally I’m out….

**Note for public: Do not ever try to play with the Emergency bell, keep it for its correct usage, else you’ll be the next one stuck in the lift!
