Monday...should be a dizzy and lazy mode day~

I discovered that She had been tagged in FB with a yesterday photo in Genting!! Which is in M'sia...Is she back?? Why no one tell me? T_T My fault that not calling her for past 2 weeks and didn't get to know the update~ My feeling is so complicated...and yet excited...what happen?? Why come back so sudden?? To renew passport? Anyway, I really miss you...All the best for your study and good luck for your exam. I will call up to clear up my mind...

My soul had lost in office...dreaming and thinking...what's going on~

Sleepless night even though had a tiring swimming session just now after work...

In the midnight...Siow Yen ping me suddenly...Had a funny chat and what a surprise in the end of chat...she wanted me to be her God brother...funny thing does happen in my life~

Nevermind, I'm just helping in the perspective that getting someone to chat with, and keep in touch with old schoolmates...

Other great chat with my best friend Mohaz, skype for 1 hour plus to chit chat a lot of stuffs...

Day 315 - Long weekend ends~

Wow...time flies...Long weekend ends so fast~ It is already 315 days...another 50 days gonna be a 1 full year~ Wow....

Tomorrow gonna be a brand new week~

I just planned to go Singapore for a short trip~ Going on 5 & 6th of June...thanks to my friend letting me stay 1 night at his house...Yeah, can save a bit on the accommodation budget...Will plan to visit the new Genting casino and Sands Marina... Esplanade Mall for Max Brenner Chocolate and visit some of my MMU friends~ Looking forward next week trip with Mohaz~ How I wish I'm going with Her~

Day 314 - Lonely weekend~

Saturday morning~ All my house mates went back hometown for long weekend rest, so left me alone in the house...

Yeah, it is the time to do something in my room...Clean out the mess of my house and my room~

1st, I cleaned up my clothes, there were 2 pails of clothes to be washed by HAND~

Great exercise for me~

Next, brushed up the toilet! It had been a month plus I didn't wash it, it seems so dirty, yet no one volunteer to clean it up...And it always have to me...WHY..WHY...WHY...Nvm, just treat it as a good exercise for myself and for my own comfort when using the toilet...

After clean up, then I went to shopping alone at Sunshine market to buy some groceries...

And also went into KL's new house D'piazza to look at those defect and plan out what to write on the defect list...Poor quality, gonna be a long long list~

Work it out~ 1 more day to rest...^^

Day 313 - Wesak Day holiday~

Last night, so lucky that we got the nice seat with Intel Free GSC voucher, we went for movie "A nightmare on Elm street" at GSC Gurney Plaza, showing time 12.10am midnight show~ This is a remake movie where it had been on screen since 1984~talking about a nightmare killer that will kill a person that dream about Freddy~

Woohoo...I think this will be my first time watching midnight show in Penang this year~

A continual story with the dream killer, Freddy Krueger...Quite interesting story, but was expected ending with a never ending end so that the producer can have a next one, I guess~

"Based on characters created by Wes Craven in his 1984 sleeper horror hit, Freddy Krueger returns in "A Nightmare On Elm Street", a contemporary re-imagining of the horror classic. Hoho...slept late at 230am and got to get up at 10am for morning badminton session~

Wahaha...Tomorrow is Wesak Day, a holy Buddhism public holiday~ Hell yeah...So today Thursday will be the last working day of the week, tomorrow gonna be holiday~

Hurray~ Tonight will going for midnight show with colleagues since no working for Friday~

Day 311 - New Cube~

Today, I suppose sit at my new cube...My very first day official to a new cube~

BUT....I didn't manage to reach my cube, I was busy whole day in the lab with some new equipment settings~

Haha, hopefully this is a very good sign to show that I'm really focus on my work...

Day 310 - Another surprise in work~

Another surprise in work~

Daily life, we have a lot of surprise...Just that it depends how you look at it~

Today, due to some factory consolidation, finally there is an announcement for some of us, we need to move our cube to a more organized cubical. All people shall move their stuffs to new cube according to team member~

Good bye my 1 year cubemates : Lee Seng, Choo Thye and Teik Hean. All of them have to move up to 2nd floor where I will move to other cube in the same floor~

Bad luck, I got to sit at the cube where facing the corridor~ -_-" Sweat....

How can I sit there? Is this arrangement for me to make myself more discipline to work?? :P

Day 309 - Monday work~

After the nice great weekend spent with my family, I got to back to my office for work~

Haha, my boss is back from China~ Nice souvenir with pineapple tarts snacks in the early morning meeting~

What a great surprise, my big boss's boss gonna leave the department and join the training department, so we are anticipating some re-org changes...

Anyhow, our work still go on~ Need to work hard~

Day 308 - Ipoh trip - Makan trip

Early morning 7am, all of us was awake to go to my uncle's house to help out him on the praying stuffs and fill the spaces of the seats...

Long waited until 10am plus then only the bridegroom back from make-up. Then started with those praying and giving tea to the elders to show the new couple's respects.

Then, after all, we all dismissed. All the relatives went back separately. So for my family, we all decide to continue the journey to eat around Ipoh~

Since we have 2 cars, so I parked my car at Jusco Kinta City so that we all car pool 1 car to tour around~

1st station, Lou Wong Tauge Chicken Bean Sprout shop (老黄芽菜鸡)~ Nice and crowded~

2nd station, Lai Kee Tau Fu Fa (黎记豆腐花) to eat the Tau Fu Fa and black soy bean soya, which is just the row behind Lou Wong~ I like their black soy bean soya, nice~

3rd station, Funny Mountain Tau Fu Fa, the so called another very famous Tau Fu Fa shop that next row after Lai Kee, crowded with cars queue along the shop lot, no seats available, and very little portion in a bowl, yet really good business~

After a full lunch, we all heads down 30mins all the way to Kampar to eat the Curry Chicken in bread in Yau Kee Curry chicken bread restaurant (游记面包鸡) ~ RM26 per piece, really it has been a long time we tried this during my childhood time~

On the way back Ipoh to get my car, we turned into the Gua Tempurung (椰壳洞) to enjoy the beauty of the nature~ So nice~ We didn't explore through the jungle caves as it was closed after 5pm~ After hang out awhile, we all just left and enjoyed the scenery on the way back to Ipoh~

At 830pm, I reached Penang by driving alone. Another car by my Gyang brother, he drove my parents back to my hometown~ Enjoy and meaningful weekend, happy family~ ^@^

Time to work out more, my diet plan need to be boost up~ Too much loaded during weekends!

Day 307 - Trip to Ipoh for cousin's wedding~

Thanks to my colleague for lending me his Garmin Nuvi 255W GPS device, my whole trip to Batu Gajah and Ipoh in Perak was fully dependent on this great device...

I went down Ipoh from Penang and met up with my family who came up from Selangor. We met up at Jusco Kinta City using GPS and tour around the Ipoh city before attending my cousin's wedding dinner at night.

We went to try out the Foh San Dim Sum restaurant and their official site. Really nice experience and great place to eat~ They even accept credit card payment for above RM50 expenses, sounds cool right? Nice reno and delicious dim sum that makes the shop with great business...

Later, we also went to visit some famous Perak Caves - Guan Ying Caves, Nam Tian Tong temple and so on~

Later at night, we met up with uncles and relatives, then we went for a great wedding dinner at Rainbow Restaurant in Menglembu~

Day 306 - Sent car for service~

It has been few days my car was sick...it kept choking all the time then I start my the engine and ramp the accelerate pedal...what the problem of the car shaking? How to solve it??

RM30 for changing new proton car 15W spark plug, wonder what brand is that~ My car choking or shaking problem GONE~ Hurray~

Just went for health body weighting...

SHIT...last week was 80kg, now 80.1kg~ Gained 100g...How am I suppose to win the "Lose to Win" challenge? Gonna work out more~

Just learned some info about Visceral Fat of our body~

"Visceral fat is different from other body fat. Visceral fat, also called intra-abdominal fat, refers to the fat that surrounds the internal organs. Subcutaneous fat, on the other hand, is body fat that is close to the skin's surface and is considered less dangerous, and easier to lose, than visceral fat.

Studies have shown that those with visceral fat are more susceptible to heart disease, stroke, diabetes and hypertension. Sedentary people, smokers and drinkers have been shown to have more intra-abdominal fat, or visceral fat, than active people who are non-smokers and non-drinkers. Stress may also be a factor in the storage of visceral fat on the body.

Visceral fat is harder to lose than subcutaneous fat because it is more deeply embedded in the body's tissues. Visceral fat is only measured accurately by an imaging machine that can see how much of the abdomen is made up of visceral fat. A person may be within a healthy weight range, but still have too much intra-abdominal fat around the internal organs.

The liver metabolizes visceral fat and releases it into the bloodstream as cholesterol. Harmful, or "bad" cholesterol, which is Low-Density Lipoprotein (LDL), builds up into a plaque that blocks the arteries. Losing weight through proper diet and effective exercise can help reduce visceral fat. Day 305 - Happy Birthday Papa~

Today is my papa's birthday~

I'm far away from hometown, but at least called back to wish him~

Thanks to my bro bought him some pieces of cakes...

My thought was to give him some RM50 cash notes with Malaysia 50th Independence Anniversary logo and the serial number '1628' which indicates getting rich~ :)

Day 303 - Save a life by donation...learn how to swim~

Early morning 8am reached office as my housemate has a 8am meeting~

Sleepy...Sleepy feeling when I reached office...

Later, my big boss sent out a mail saying that someone infected Denggi and need platelet for emergency rescue. So, we all went to the nearby Pantai hospital to provide donation.

Evening, KL and I went to our friend condo swimming pool to exercise. Joe, Hooi Shing and Shiu In joined our swimming session as the 2 girls wanna learn how to swim.

Day 302 - Working Monday~

Hohoho...after a nice weekend with Thomas cup matches...

Now it is the time back to office work~

Cool that this week my boss is away from office, she went to China for a week, so no more early morning meeting this week~

Somehow, my laziness triggered me...I'm playing around with FB and net surfing...read some articles online~ Do some online training stuffs...

Call it a day...Need to work out exercise more~

Day 301 - Thomas Final on Sunday~

Early morning, KL and his Tampin friend Wei Shing, and I went for breakfast the Roti bakar shop where it is located on the way to Penang airport.

I had a nasi lemak, 2 half-boiled eggs, 2 pcs of toasted bread and a coffee. Cost me RM5.20.

The shop is famous with the half-boiled eggs and the toasted bread, normal local people will order "Nor teh nor liap" (in hokkien short form means 2 pieces bread and 2 pieces of eggs) ^^

At 2pm, the Thomas cup final is on between China and Indonesia~ Very impressive game today~

China team is really powerful and overwhelming all other team, their spirit, skills, speed are superb~

3-0 results in the Final~ Geng~

After the dinner, I joined Joe's family for dinner at Sunshine Bak Kut Teh.

At night, we went to swim to burn some fat, then bring KL's friend to Gelugor to have some light supper and drinks. Lastly, we all went to Teluk Tempoyak for ikan bakar~ Had a wonderful packed activities weekend~

Day 300 - 300 days reached...Mini cooper test drive today~

Today morning as usual, I had a 10-12noon badminton session with Intel colleague at N-park...

Then, lunch time with Joe and Hooi Shing at Penang road Cendol and laksa~ Who knows, what a luck...HS spotted a mini cooper at a 2nd car corner shop~ So we just dropped by and got a test drive!! Haha...

Day 298 - Rest for tonight~

These few days were busy watching the Thomas and Uber matches during dinner time~

Haha...we went to the D'piazza 北边园 foodcourt until the uncle waiter recognized me and keep pushing me to order their drinks after every game~

Sweat...quite pressure for sitting there for a long time if you only order 1 cup of drinks...

Last night, it was nice that Joe and Hooi Shing joined us for dinner and watched the games together~ I ordered 2 cups of drinks, then because of the waiter's persistence of pushing...I ordered 1 big bottle of Heineken beer~ -_-" Cheers~

Today for my dinner, I went there as usual. That uncle waiter again tease me and asked me for drinks~ Funny~ Then he suggested us to go upstairs with air-conditioned table~ Haha...funny~

Rest for today...not going to chase the Uber cup results...China just easily won Indonesia team in Semi-final and grab the ticket to finals...Congrats...

Day 297 - Malaysia won Denmark~

God bless~ Today is a terrifying night for all Malaysian~

After yesterday match Malaysia team lost to Japan in the round robin for the 1st seed, people are discuss what is the future of Malaysia team in Thomas cup~

Can they make it in the Quarter finals where fight with Denmark?

The answer is YES!!

Malaysia did won merely 3-2 over Denmark~

What a nice match~ I watch the first half with KL at the foodcourt, then continue the 2nd double at Joe's house~ Nice game indeed~

Looking at the scores, Malaysia can actually almost won 3-0, but due to mistakes and ages...

Anyway, bravo the the new guy Hoon Thien How whose 1st time join Thomas cup replace a Malay player for yesterday mistakes. In the last match, we all sweat like mad, all Malaysian hopes fall on Hafiz's shoulder. Luckily his steadiness beat the Denmark player, Persson quite nicely~ Well done, great job~

Day 296 - Malaysia lost the 1st seed from group B in Thomas cup~

Day 294 - Shaky Penang!! Happy Mum's day~

Today, I conducted my tuition class in the morning until noon~ Really feel proud of myself, my memory are still good and able to solve those Form4 maths easily ^^

OMG~ What happen in the afternoon, my very 1st time experienced such mild earth quake syndrome at my Mahsuri apartment in Penang~

After searching online news, I just discovered that there was a 7.4 earth quake happened near Sumatra. That's why the Perlis, Kedah and Penang area will experience the earth quake effect.

At first, I just felt a bit shaky, then I was still not sure what was happening, until I confirmed with my housemate, he felt it too~ Both of us quickly packed up some important stuffs and try to escape from the level9 shaky apartment! When we reached the ground floor, there was a crowd sitting downstairs discussing what was happening, they actually experienced the same earth quake effect years ago when the Tsunami happened. God bless~ Hopefully everything is fine~ I don't want the 2012 happen so fast!!

So, we just try to drive out of the high rise building area and stay at a open space for a period for safety reason~ We went to Tesco Extra to do some groceries...

At night, KL brought me to try out a steak house near town area. Due to seasonal Mum's day, their business was so great, we waited for half an hour for the meal~ Overall the meal was ok, my grilled lamb chop was good, big portion~ Worth the price of Rm13/set~

Day 293 - Sporty Saturday~

I woke up at 9am plus, then prepared for the badminton session at N-park with gang of colleagues at 10am. After the game finished, I went back home. Thanks to my housemate that packed my lunch for me.

Then later in evening, we went to CP's house to swim.

Wonderful sporting day for me today~

My target is to reduce my weight to 75+kg~

Day 292 - TAO buffet again at E-gate~

On occasion where my colleague CK's favorite japanese singer won the 1st single album in the past few weeks, so he decided to have a treat celebration at TAO to enjoy the japanese buffet...

Funny reason right?

Haha...kind of lame, but my own reason is to eat more fishes and improve my HDL cholesterol level...I ate a lot of salmon, maguro and tuna~ Yummy~

We ate from 6pm until 8pm, ate until the stomach full house~ Haha...later we continue poker session at CP's house~ Thanks to CK that bring back my nostalgic card game - Bridge where it is really a fun game with skill and chance~ Quite challenging, all of us played happily~

Day 291 - Coffee Bean's cakes

Today nothing much in office during day time~

We had a simple tea time during 4pm in office canteen. Later during dinner time, both of us do not feel hungry, so we just went to Jusco QB to do some groceries shopping~

Yummy...thanks for KL for the Coffee bean voucher~ We have a night time supper with Coffee Bean's cheese cake, muffin and the velvet cakes...

Day 290 - Wednesday Tuition day~

Its Wednesday already, its middle of the working week, the week ends fast if we start work on Tuesday :P

Wednesday, I believe a lot of people will be busy queuing up for movies, to grab the cheap tickets since there are a lot of nice movies on screen now~

But as for me, instead of spending money on entertainment, I started my second tuition class at Joe's house~ I'm teaching his F4 sister Math and Science subjects 1:1 basis. Hopefully I can deliver it well and get great experience on this~ I can also get some experiences from this to teach my F4 brother as well~ =P And also my monthly expenses can at least covered by this little 3 hours class per week~ GREAT partime job right?

Work hard and work smart~ ^@^

Day 289 - Work on Tuesday, 1st working day of May~

Nice, its always good to have a long weekend~

Still in holiday mode...But have to start work hard in this brand new May~ My works in office not much in progress, all almost pending for the actual defect, really hope that all the defect can be revealed, then it will be a great accomplishment for all my half year work~

Here are some photos taken during last visit to Pavillion KL on last Sunday with my brothers and mum~ The deco and building design are tall and neat, all branded retail shops, you name it...GUCCI, PRADA, HERMES, COACH, Ferrogamo, Marz....a lot more~

There is an Audi R8 V10 publish in the entrance of the grand hall...Chili red, Looks cool~

A chocolate shop that I found interesting chocolate roses~


Upon the mother's day, they made some chocolate roses, which are edible :P Nice and sweet design~

Day 288 - Serdang Fried porridge~

Yeah...what a Monday~ Monday is holiday....replacement for Labour day on Saturday~ Yeah...

Gonna go back Penang today~ Departed from Endah Parade at Sri Petaling...

On the way back, my housemate De-Jun showed us the way at Serdang, Kedah to try out the famous fried porridge (炒粥) ~ From KL direction...Just went into the Bandar Baharu + Serdang exit and turned right after the toll, drive around 15mins to reach this shop on your right~ Too bad that I forgot the shop name~ We reached the shop around 9-10pm plus, so lucky ^o^ that left the last small portion~

This is the small portion for 2 person...looks big, but actually 2 person can easily finish it as it really taste good and full of fried cuttle fish and shrimps inside~ Yummy~

Ordered side dishes - Thai style salad - Kerabu...also served with lots of fried cuttle fish...Cuttle fish lovers will like it a lot~

Since 4 of us, not enough for the leftover porridge, we ordered their fried mihun...Not bad~

Good trip~ First time that I feel good on the way back to Penang~ :P

Day 287 - 2 movies down....plus Pavillion walk~

Yesterday enjoyed 2 movies IP man 2 and local movie Ice kacang puppy love~

Both are touching and feeling~ My tears dropped off from my eyes when watching them~

The IP Man 2, wonder why they call it "IP" instead of "Yip", make people confused and it does attract a lot of people eyeballs. The story line is typical like chinese kung fu style, full of spirit~

Great action movie starred by Donnie Yan~ 甄子丹的咏春拳

Another movie at night with friend is Ice Kacang Puppy Love 初恋红豆冰 at The Mines~

Really touching love story~ Makes me thinking of her....

Today have a walk with family to Pavillion...

So many high class branded retail shop~ need more $$ to shop~

Day 286 - Labour Day~

I'm backed home already~

Gonna be a long weekend since its replacement holiday on Monday~

Hang out with friends and family...

Played snooker until 4am with Mohaz~

Suppose I should fly to Melb last week for a long week holiday as I have friends business trip at South Melb and provide me free accommodation ~ Too bad that my leaves are reset to zero in Jan after my conversion to permanent staffs. I'd been searching for cheap flight since CNY until lately, this is the cheapest ever I can get provided by AirAsiaX. Others flight by Cathay, Tigers, Mas, Singapore Airlines are giving me higher price...

Sigh...not sure whether is this a good decision to make myself stay in M'sia or will it better to chase back the one I loved in oversea...I want to meet her, but scare to make her feel bad as she don't like stupid people spending without any rational reason~

And my only reason to fly over is because of LOVE~ Sounds stupid right ^@^

Better save the money for the next usage then~
