Day 7 - I must think I can do it!

Early morning wake up at 7am for morning jogging, I need to practise and do preparation for Saturday Penang PSDC 20th anniversary Charity Run with my friends Wai Leong and his friend Swee Sin. Haha...6.5km man, my very 1st time in my life to join marathon...just give myself a big clap ^_^ It really needs a lot of stamina and the determination, mindset is very important. "If u think u can do it, then u will do your best to achieve it." I must think positive, I can do it!

In the afternoon, then I went to join my friend Wai Leong again to play the Cash Flow 101 game that related about the financial management. I played once a few months ago by trying the Engineer job, so lucky that I won the game by achieving the $50k in the business race after jumping out from the rat race (routine life). Today, I challenged myself to play the "Doctor (MD)" the so-called most challenging job in the game with very high expenses. To likely jump out of the rat race, I must gain as much as I could for the passive income and at the same time reduce my expenses and depts. I must increase the passive income to overcome the expenses in order to achieve the cash flow financial freedom = jump out of the rat race! I tried hard, buy stocks to gain $$, then invest on the business, buy some real estate, dividend...at the end, I still manage to win the game by achieving my dreamed target to have a Jet on my own. (The dreamed target is set by own before staring the game. How good it is if it happens in real life :P )

Haha, after the game, I reviewed, I really hope that I can have the passive income as stated in the game in order to achieve what I want. I want a luxury car and a very comfortable house, of course a lovely wife like my dear and with my future kids, happy family together, how nice~
